Advisor/Teacher (Grades 7-12)

Jennings Community School is seeking a passionate Advisor/Teacher (Grades 7–12) to inspire, teach, and mentor students in a personalized, relationship-centered learning environment. Advisors serve as each student's primary teacher, advocate, and mentor, providing academic instruction while supporting social-emotional growth, career exploration, and postsecondary planning.

Qualified candidates should hold or be eligible for a Minnesota teaching license and have a passion for working with students in an alternative learning environment.
